The new site project of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Proctology Hospital (Futian) is a newly built single building hospital complex with a total construction area of 70283 square meters. It serves as an outpatient, medical technology, and auxiliary room, with a design approval of 420 beds. The medical clean area covers an area of approximately 3700 square meters, distributed in four areas: the sixth, seventh, ninth, and tenth floors.
After the completion of the overall project construction, it will be the only public anal and intestinal specialized hospital in Guangdong Province that integrates medical treatment, prevention, health care, rehabilitation, scientific research, and teaching, and will become a shining pearl in the anal and intestinal profession in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and even the whole country.
It is reported that the project projects won by Weida Medical this time include but are not limited to the fine decoration engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, strong and weak current engineering, clean ventilation and air conditioning engineering, fixed furniture, deepening design, and BIM technology application in the construction stage of the medical clean engineering area.
