China Security & Fire Co., Ltd. (CSF) held its 5th interim shareholders meeting in 2015 on August 27th, 2015 at Haitang Hall, 2nd floor, Conference Center of Radisson Hotel Shanghai, in Hongquan. Directors, supervisors, senior managers and shareholder representatives were present in the meeting which included a general meeting, onsite voting and online voting, wherein the Resolution on Company Purchase of Real Estates and Related Transactions was passed.

　　Shareholder representatives present in the meeting extended their support and strong confidence for the company’s future development. One of the representatives, Hong Junfa, especially presented a medal bearing the words “Trustworthy Listed Company”, and said, “This is to motivate our company to become better and better in capital market, and always shine brightly like gold”.
