China Security & Fire Co., Ltd opened the Ninth Interim Shareholders Conference 2016 in Guoman Hotel Shanghai on November, 28, 2016. In this Conference, resolutions including Resolution on Changing Accountant Firm were passed.

According to the Resolution on Changing Accountant Firm, with the expansion of oversea security businesses and increase of internationalized level, in order to improve comprehensiveness and objectiveness of company audit, the Company will hire Deloitte, one of the globally leading professional service firms, to be the 2016 annual audit institution with one year term. Deloitte offers comprehensive auditing, enterprise management, financial consultation and tax services for enterprises and investors all over the world, covering more than 80 percent of the globally largest companies, and large national companies, public organizations, important local customers and high growth international companies.

Since being listed, China Security & Fire Co., Ltd has conducted oversea M&A persistently, including M&A of Guardforce Limited, Guardforce (Macau) Limited, Guardforce Security Services(Thailand）Company Limited and AMP Limited, thereby launching into and arranging security service markets in Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
